Best service call I have ever had from any company. Came out fast and found our problem and saved us from buying a Newcastle as another company said we needed. Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. I found this company through a Facebook recommendation. A true gem of a company. They show up when they say they will, they clean up after themselves and they fix what needs fixing with no pressure sales tactics.

Air Magic has great customer service. Keri in the office is always friendly and courteous. If you haven’t scheduled your maintenance visit, she always calls to remind you. When you call the office with questions, she always has the answers with a smile in her voice. 😍 The service guys have, so far, always been on time and pleasant. They have not, as of yet, tried to recommend something that is not needed. I definitely would recommend Air Magic to anyone looking for a yearly maintenance program.

Good day, Anthony did meet my expectations and even more. He made it possible to have my thermostat wired to the power instead of batteries, which was a pain. I wonder why it wasn’t done in the first place when you installed the system in 2016.
