Great Service - Great Company
The very best company for customer service. Could write a book of horror stories about air conditioner companies in the past. So lucky I found Air Magic! The service is impeccable! The rep shows up when scheduled. I get reminders from the office girls when service is due. They also call to inform me that the Service Rep is on the way. I wouldn’t even think of using any other company but Air Magic. Simply THE BEST!!!

Anthony had experience and met my expectations
Good day, Anthony did meet my expectations and even more. He made it possible to have my thermostat wired to the power instead of batteries, which was a pain. I wonder why it wasn’t done in the first place when you installed the system in 2016.

Quality service
Xavier arrived when scheduled. He quickly went to work on my AC unit. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue. He was able to effectively do the repair. There systems allowed me to pay electronically on site and instantly receive a receipt via email.
I’m very impressed with the systems in place at Air Magic and employee training. Xavier was not only knowable of his work, but was also respectful and courteous. I am also thankful to talk to Lynn on the phone who helped to explain the services they offer and schedule my appointment. She was also a great listener and understood the issue I was experiencing with my AC unit. I could tell right away that this was a company that I wanted to hire. I’m glad I chose to work with Air Magic-friendly, genuine customer service goes a long way. Kudos!
