Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. Xavier arrived when scheduled. He quickly went to work on my AC unit. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue. He was able to effectively do the repair. There systems allowed me to pay electronically on site and instantly receive a receipt via email. I’m very impressed with the systems in place at Air Magic and employee training. Xavier was not only knowable of his work, but was also respectful and courteous. I am also thankful to talk to Lynn on the phone who helped to explain the services they offer and schedule my appointment. She was also a great listener and understood the issue I was experiencing with my AC unit. I could tell right away that this was a company that I wanted to hire. My technician, Anthony gave a thorough inspection of my air conditioning system. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Since I am a new Florida resident, he gave me information I needed as to how to best operate the heating mechanism in my unit.
