Everton was exceptional, providing great service and insight concerning the aging air conditioner we have at the home we recently purchased. He gave us a thorough assessment of the condition and some recommendations to get that little bit more use out of it before replacing it with a new unit. I told him what the property inspector told us about the A/C and he agreed that we will need to replace it soon and to get as much use out of it as we can over the winter.
