Excellent customer service and very professional service technicians. I had a new unit installed in my condo which is in a high rise. They met all the criteria needed by our building manager for the install and did a great job cleaning up as well. Everyone was happy.

In my estimation, with this service call, Anthony touched all the bases. He arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the handler and the compressor, cleaned out the lines and spent the extra time to identify a component that was not working efficiently. He carefully explained and showed me on the calibrator why it was not operating efficiently. Although it needed to be replaced, he also researched to find out that is was covered under warranty. He drove back to the company office so that he could replace the part that day. Since the part was still functioning, he could have just as easily set up another service appt to do so because it was late in the day. Great company and a great technician
