First he arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. He has been with Air Magic for 20 years and that says a lot about the company. He carefully explained why it was important to have maintenance performed twice a year. He also took the time to show me what I could to do to help prolong the life of our A/C system. For example
—— changing the filter every 30/45 days
——adding algae tabs to the condensation tray
in the air handler periodically
——-spraying the outside condenser with a fine mist
of water to clean the coils
