Our info was not updated in their system
In Jun and Dec 2021, different guys came to check our AC and both said everything was OK. Last month, Everton came and he found our AC's brand and model info in their file was not updated. (We got the current AC in 2013.) And he found our coils had poor condition. Yes, it's been 9 months since the last checkup but it was worse, he said. What did we paid for the first guy?? I give 5 stars to Everton, though.
