I really don’t know what the maintenance process is, but he was polite and finished fairly quickly and said my unit was in good shape.

Troy was TERRIFIC..!! Showed up as scheduled, explained the process & got right to work troubleshooting my old system. He got the system up and running quickly and for a fair price. All other contractors that I called just looked at it and quoted a price to replace the entire system for Big Bucks $$$$$…!! Troy and Air Magic were trustworthy, competent and got the job done..!! Eventually I will need to go ahead and replace everything and will likely go with these guys again…

Best service call I have ever had from any company. Came out fast and found our problem and saved us from buying a Newcastle as another company said we needed. Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. Everton is a fantastic A/C Technician. Explained everything thoroughly of what needed to done. Made recommendations for us to follow until our next A/C Maintenance. Overall a very nice, friendly guy. I recommend Air Magic very highly.
