We spent 16-18 hrs. in a hot house in which the temperature was 80-86 degrees until the problem was fixed the next morning at 10AM. it seems you never have a tech available when there is a " no cooling emergency" It seems we always have t wait to the next day for service.

Upon receiving the call on our after hours line our dispatcher attempted to assist to correct the issue with the thermostat. When that was not successful we did schedule for the next day as soon as possible. We appreciate you being a customer and look forward to continuing the relationship in the future.

Estimate to replace air conditioning system.
AC repair call. Install new condensing fan motor. Left system cooling at this time.

AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on Ruud air conditioning split system.
AC Service Call unit not heating. Evaluate system to find thermostat needs to be reset. Reset thermostat and unit is working properly now.
AC Service Call. Seal rain shield.
AC Service Call. Evaluate system to find rain shield needs to be resealed. Will return to seal.
