Everton quickly and efficiently checked the unit inside and out, and was not phased by the drenching rain shower that happened in the middle of his visit. On completion of the maintenance check up he determined what was needed for the visit in 6 months. No hype! No Drama just concise answers concerning maintenance, issues. Above all no pressure or mandate to replace anything or else!

Great Service, Wonderful Customer Service
AC was dead on a 95 degree Saturday. Called for service and was informed that the tech was very busy but would try to get to me. Received a return call to say that the tech would be there Sunday morning. Another call from the dispatcher on Sunday morning just as the tech arrived. Fixed and cold without a hitch. Will definitely call again!

Great Troubleslhooting and Callback Time.
We spent 16-18 hrs. in a hot house in which the temperature was 80-86 degrees until the problem was fixed the next morning at 10AM. it seems you never have a tech available when there is a " no cooling emergency" It seems we always have t wait to the next day for service.
