The office staff provided information on what I could check myself prior to setting up the appointment. They contacted me when the technician was on his way. Technician, Everton, was not only courteous, but informative as well. I learned a few things to look out for in the future. Turns out my unit was low on freon which he added. AC is up & running nicely.

Totally Excellent Service
The technician, Troy, arrived on time, was very respectful and personable, and was very conscientious and thorough in doing the regular maintenance service for my AC unit. He showed me photos of the coils and interior of both the inside and outside units so I could directly see their conditions, which fortunately were all excellent. Also, the office staff is totally great and very pleasant to work with. Their fees are very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Our Air conditioning system starting buzzing one morning and had no air flow. I called Air Magic as they had serviced us before and they had a serviceman at the house within 4 hours who diagnosed a burned out fan motor and was able to secure a new one (our replacement motor was no longer made) and installed it so we didn't have to suffer in heat over the Labor Day weekend. The repairman was totally professional and gave us great service. I'm very glad I used Air Magic for our emergency service
