The maintenance service was very good.
There was miscommunication about the cost of coil cleaning which I did not have done. When he stopped here a few weeks ago, he said it would cost $300. Yesterday he said it would be more like and $500 and denied he had said $300. According to the write up, he did not tell me about something sinking on the roof and insulation being sucked into unit. The work that he did do was done well. I have seen routine service prices for less from other companies.
