I love Joe P!!! He goes the extra mile. I needed a replacement part, and he checked to see if it was under warranty to save me money. He changed my filters and also cleaned my dirty compressor. I feel like I really got my money's worth because he was extremely thorough. He is such a nice person, also.

Both the representative that scheduled the app't and tge technician were helpful and professional. The woman answering the phone actually made a very helpful suggestion to fix the issue (which if I had done it properly, I could have avoided a visit). She also quoted me the correct cost of the visit so I was prepared. The technician arrived on the early side of the app't window, was knowledgeable, fixed the issue, and even tried to help me with a nest issue.

We really like the service that Air Magic provided. The company came out the same day that we called to fix the problem and resolved it quickly. They also checked our whole system over.
