As always, they did a great job, checked things out and then explained the operating status of our unit, (old but still working faithfully). My friends recommended Air Magic to me. Previously I had a company that I was not at all satisfied with. Joe P from Air Magic was at my place last Friday to tune up, clear the line, and clean out some mold build up. Joe went far and beyond expectations. Besides a thorough maintenance service, he made sure that the line was clear and cleaned out properly. Rerouted the tubing so I had access to pour bleach to keep the line clear. He even added see through tubing to make it easier for me to detect water back up. I am extremely satisfied. I requested business cards from Joe to give to my friends and neighbors. Air Magic is very fortunate to have an employee like Joe P working for their company.
