As hot as it has been, I am so glad I got the service contract from Magic Air. They called to remind me I had a service call coming. They scheduled an appointment, they called to confirm the appointment, they called to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician arrived, checked my unit, gave it a great report. He was friendly and knowledgable, answered my questions. Now I have peace of mind knowing my unit is in good working order.
