Too quick to want to sell me a new unit
I've used your company before and I've been pretty happy. This last time, your technician barely looked at the unit and was already pushing me to get a new unit. If this is what you train your employees to do, then, he's doing good.
Yet, I got a 2nd opinion from one of your competitors and, not only did he perform an actual evaluation of the small, fixable problem I had (something your guy did not even ATTEMPT to do), but he also looked for less expensive alternatives in case I needed to buy a new unit. He also, sat down with me and gave me choices on how to better install the A/C unit, but the ducts and return also, not to mention, his price were about 25% lees expensive.
It is clear who I'm getting my new A/C from.
