Magic Air has sent some excellent technicians to my house for maintenance but shoe was exceptional. He explained so many things about my unit including those Merv things I needed to know about my filter. When I needed to change out a capacitor, he explained what is was and did and why I needed a new one. So knowledgeable! Thanks so much Joe! I hope you get a raise!
