Great Service
This is the second visit from Air Magic under an annual service plan. Once again, I am impressed by the level of service and the time spent by the technician. They are very thorough in checking both the inside and outside units. The previous HVAC company would come and go in 10 minutes but the Air Magic tech spends a long time inspecting every aspect of the system. The cost of an annual service agreement for two visits per year is approximately the same as a single visit from that previous company. They have advised that the inside coil is showing some rust and suggested that it be replaced before the warranty expires (in another 5 years). No pressure to get it done, just advice even though the bulk of the cost will be born by the manufacturer. I call that honest, transparent service with the consumer in mind. Oh, did I mention how pleasant and polite everyone associated with that company is? I would heartily recommend Air Magic to friends and family.
