Xavier arrived when scheduled. He quickly went to work on my AC unit. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue. He was able to effectively do the repair. There systems allowed me to pay electronically on site and instantly receive a receipt via email. I’m very impressed with the systems in place at Air Magic and employee training. Xavier was not only knowable of his work, but was also respectful and courteous. I am also thankful to talk to Lynn on the phone who helped to explain the services they offer and schedule my appointment. She was also a great listener and understood the issue I was experiencing with my AC unit. I could tell right away that this was a company that I wanted to hire. I’m glad I chose to work with Air Magic-friendly, genuine customer service goes a long way. Kudos!
