Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. Polite and knowledgeable receptionist that was very easy on the ears. Technician was prompt, thorough, and professional through and through. There's Air Magic and then there's the other guys. Never once did I get that "used car salesman" feeling of someone trying to get me to purchase a service or product I really didn't need. Family owned usually means that they relate to hardworking, everyday folk. That belief holds true with Air Magic.
