Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. Although I had to book the annual inspection for our system myself, instead of having a recall from Air Magic like we used to in the past, Joe the technician came in with the right attitude and professionalism. This said, I still didn’t get the receipt by e-mail.
