Prompt, polite, truthful, cant say enough good things about their business. The girl Carrie who coordinated everything was also very knowledgeable of the aspects of the business. I was a little disappointed by Rheem AC purchased 5 years ago needs a new coil. The coil is under warranty but not the labor. That has nothing to do with Everton.

Great job, now the air conditioner works without turning off and on for frequent 30 second periods. We also learned that there are backup batteries in the wall thermostat, that need to be checked and or changed periodically.

Air Magic has great customer service. Keri in the office is always friendly and courteous. If you haven’t scheduled your maintenance visit, she always calls to remind you. When you call the office with questions, she always has the answers with a smile in her voice. 😍 The service guys have, so far, always been on time and pleasant. They have not, as of yet, tried to recommend something that is not needed. I definitely would recommend Air Magic to anyone looking for a yearly maintenance program.
