Excellent customer service and very professional service technicians. I had a new unit installed in my condo which is in a high rise. They met all the criteria needed by our building manager for the install and did a great job cleaning up as well. Everyone was happy.

As a semi retired Mechanical Engineer that spent 20+ years in the HVAC Industry, I feel qualified to share my professional opinion. Number one, the system I have was installed by Air Magic 6 years ago and is working great. Normally I would inspect the system my self. However the condenser is located on the roof of my building and I can't get access. Plus I don't have pressure gages. The tech showed my pictures of the major components in my system. This says two things , one is that he actually inspected them and two is I get to view them myself. System operating pressures along with actual pictures tell you all you need to know about your system. In my case everything is in great shape. However if there was a problem I would have known and been able to prevent a potential breakdown.

Kerri assisted in the application process, expediting the necessary paperwork The technicians arrived early on the date scheduled and placed floor coverings keeping the work area clean. They were also helpful in explaining the work performed and the new Wi-Fi thermostat installed I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any air conditioning services.

First he arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. He has been with Air Magic for 20 years and that says a lot about the company. He carefully explained why it was important to have maintenance performed twice a year. He also took the time to show me what I could to do to help prolong the life of our A/C system. For example —— changing the filter every 30/45 days ——adding algae tabs to the condensation tray in the air handler periodically ——-spraying the outside condenser with a fine mist of water to clean the coils Always a pleasure doing business with a company that has your best interest in mind.
